Hi, I've an active account on AMP with Eurex data enabled, but today I can't get eurex data on sierra. Error code attached.

Make sure that AMP has not turned off your EUREX data feed. That message implies that you are not able to get the data from CQG.

We have found that there was a misunderstanding, so CQG needs to reenable the data. They should have this done right away, but worst case it will be tomorrow morning.

CQG has restored the EUREX data for Sierra Chart users. If you do not have real-time data for that exchange now, reconnect the data feed following these instructions:
