Id like to use the non professional fee yet when i click on it is says I have no balance..i have no idea where to pay that...thats what i thought the 268 was doing as per the wording, pre paying both..id like non professional fees....please advise

As you are seeing, your exchange selection did not renew on the first of the month since you did not have enough funds in your account. The monthly exchange fees are in addition to the payment that you make for the Service Package.

In order to add funds to your account, go to the following page and select the payment method you want to use:

so the 269 was credit only for SC...then why does it say sc plus denali for $269?

Because the data feed fee is included with the package cost. The exchange fees are separate from that. Refer to the information here:

I am utterly confused ..SC says I paid 6 months in advance for both SC and Denali


Choose Service Package and Time Period for Usage Time, or "Disabled":

12 - Advanced MBO + Denali Data Feed - 268.8 USD / 6 Months | 44.8 USD/Month | 20% Discount



Use Update and Renew Now to manually extend the usage time on your account for the number of selected months and Service Package and have the amount deducted from the Service Balance. However, there is not a need to do this because this will happen automatically on 2021-11-10.

i have made a payment and am recieveing a connection error message from service: CQG WebAPI| logon unsuccessful

do i have to change my data provider to Dinali and if so how do i do this

There are two components to the data feed. There is the data feed fee and the exchange fee.

The data feed fee includes the costs for Sierra Chart to provide the data, including our development and support costs. This is part of the package pricing at this time and is discountable when purchasing multiple months up-front.

The exchange fee is what goes to the exchange themselves. We do not get any of these funds.

You do not need to make any other changes, as your system would have stayed setup to connect to CQG for trading and get the data from us.

The message you are receiving regarding the CQG login implies that either the Username or Password that you have entered on the File >> Data/Trade Service Settings window is incorrect. Please double-check those values and make any necessary updates.
