There are two components to the data feed. There is the data feed fee and the exchange fee. The data feed fee includes the costs for Sierra Chart to provide the data, including our development and support costs. This is part of the package pricing at this time and is discountable when purchasing multiple months up-front. The exchange fee is what goes to the exchange themselves. We do not get any of these funds. -------------------------- You do not need to make any other changes, as your system would have stayed setup to connect to CQG for trading and get the data from us. The message you are receiving regarding the CQG login implies that either the Username or Password that you have entered on the File >> Data/Trade Service Settings window is incorrect.
