The first thing is to update your system to the latest version to ensure that you have all the updated information. To do this, follow these instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

Then update your Symbol Settings, just to make sure you have all the updates. Follow these instructions:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings

Then, open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will ensure that your charts have the correct symbols.

It looks like AMP took you off the EUREX data.

We really recommend using our data feed anyway, as it is a direct connection to the EUREX. You will find the information for the data feed here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

The specific Setup Instructions are on that same page, but here is the direct link:

It looks like AMP took you off the EUREX data - this is misleading info.
I have the same issue and AMP confirmed that CQG/EUREX is up on their part and that are multiple reports on the same problem with Sierra.

Hey,

I have exactly the same problem, is it possible to fix the problems with your platform as soon as possible.

We feel like you are forcing customers to take your Denali feed.

Thanks!

Yes this has been planned for EUREX and communicated to users for about three months now, but it has not been implemented. If this has come unexpectedly, then you have ignored that notice. Why?

However, due to an oversight on our part, it was implemented for CQG users on the CQG side, but there may be a billing issue where you are still getting billed for EUREX for June from your broker. We have contacted AMP and CQG regarding this.

If you have been billed, for the exchange fee for June, then we will have the EUREX data restored from CQG. We have already contacted them about this.

We do not understand post #10, and it has been hidden. This is not appropriate to be posting comments like you have and they are not even making any sense either. Your posting is going to get deleted.

For the reason why we will require the Denali Exchange Data Feed for EUREX data, refer to:
New Upcoming EUREX Full Order Book Data Feed (Now Available!) | Post: 251401

Of course we are going to require our own high quality data feed. It would not be logical to be supporting anything else. If we have our own high-quality direct data feed from EUREX that is the best as compared to anything else out there of course we are going to support that only.

Any other business like TT, Rithmic and CQG and all of the other data providers that offer EUREX, do the very same thing. They do not support any other sources of data other than their own data feeds. There is absolutely no business in our position, who would do anything differently. They absolutely all would require their own data feed be used and that is absolutely the case. There is no one anywhere in this industry who would do anything differently.

This has next to no cost impact for most users. At most it would be an additional 10 USD per month for Service Package 10 or 11. And Sierra Chart is already extremely cheap and getting cheaper with inflation. And you will have the best high-quality data feed built for Sierra Chart. For us to continue to support the CQG feed for EUREX makes no sense at all.
