SC Real time Data exchange issue

Greetings Support,

I just subscribed the SC Realtime data yesterday, however I still see the delayed data even if I had chosen "SC Data - All Services" in the Data/Trade Service Settings window. I had logged out and back in multiple time but unable to see the real time data. Am I missing something of the settings? Any help will be greatly appreciated/ Thanks

We see that you have started the process to activate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. If that is correct, then you need to finish the Setup Instructions for that data feed starting here:

If you are wanting Real-Time data from the CME Group or EUREX, then you would need the Denali Exchange Data Feed. If this is the case, then you would need to follow the Setup Instructions for the CME Group here:
