We see that you have started the process to activate the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. If that is correct, then you need to finish the Setup Instructions for that data feed starting here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_ActivateTheExchanges If you are wanting Real-Time data from the CME Group or EUREX, then you would need the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
