I have had a problem this morning with my trades not showing as filled on Sierra Chart. I know at least the last five trades should have filled and they all made a profit. I need someone to figure out what is going on please

I had orders in that should have filled between 11:30 and 11:40 for 5 long positions. One each from 33610,33600,33590,33580,33570 on MYMM21 and I flattened these positions around 33648. All of the order lines stayed on Sierra Chart and were not recording in my Trade DOM either. I need this problem repaired ASAP and the orders rectified with CQG. Thanks.

If you have not already done so, then check with your broker to ensure that the positions are closed. Then, refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Missing Order Fills from Trade Activity Log For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I have checked with my broker and all trades are now flat but I am missing most of the trades after today at 14:27:26.640 according to the trade log. I need your assistance with this. My broker has my profit/loss for the day accurate until before my last 5 trades as described above. How do I get credit for these 5 trades? Something clearly happened where the trade log quit working properly starting at 14:52:04.413 because it just repeats the same messages over and over saying things like "Begin of full open orders up", "Flagging Orders waiting", "Requested Open orders", "Setting orders waiting", "End of full open orders update". I have no idea how to understand any of this and really need you to help me get the corrections made. It probably totals about $140 of profit that I need credit for.

Hi, my stop didn't getting filled. So I needed to force close it using flatten. It still doesn't get filled. I reconnect to data feed. Re-Flatten it. It finally fills, but 20 secs later I'm in another position I didn't put on. Sent log. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-03-10 15:34:47

And my trading log shows up like I'm in a permanent sell position. So when I enter long, my fills show as shorting. I don't know what is going on. I flatten my position, didn't add anything, yet it appears like I'm short two contracts or something. I don't know how to explain. But the trade fills are red for going long instead of green like they normally are. Is this a broker issue? Would I have the same issue trading with Teton? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-03-10 15:42:07

It sounds like your trading service did not update the information back to our software to let you know that an order got filled. first, get with your broker and make sure you are flat and do not have any open orders. Then on Sierra Chart you need to either figure out where the missing fill(s) is and add it in, or set the Trades list to only start from this point in time going forward with regards to order fills. Refer to the following regarding missing fills: Trade Activity Log: Missing Order Fills from Trade Activity Log And refer to the following for establishing a baseline point in time from which older order fills are ignored: Trade Activity Log: Understanding and Setting the Start Date-Time for a Trades List For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-03-10 17:14:08

Thanks. Took me awhile to figure out the missing data, but was able to fix it and add it based on your instructions. In regards to the below. Yes these issues would be avoided by using the Teton order routing service
Yes these issues are going to be relating to Interactive Brokers.
Because of my location, I sometimes experience poor internet connection. Will routing and order messaging to the platform with Teton be affected with a slow connection? I understand this is almost the same question as above, but I'm curious if my connection may also hinder Teton and experience similar drawbacks. |

. Will routing and order messaging to the platform with Teton be affected with a slow connection? Yes it will be. This is impossible to avoid. But still we would expect less/no (hopefully) issues as compared to Interactive Brokers. A slow connection is not a problem. It is interrupted data transmission for substantial periods of time which would be an issue. You should have no issues, if your Internet connectivity is good/stable. However, if there are Internet connectivity issues, it can/will result in delays with an order being received at the server and also with the order responses being sent back to you.
