It sounds like your trading service did not update the information back to our software to let you know that an order got filled.

first, get with your broker and make sure you are flat and do not have any open orders.

Then on Sierra Chart you need to either figure out where the missing fill(s) is and add it in, or set the Trades list to only start from this point in time going forward with regards to order fills.
