hello, i want to use sierra chart but i haven't chosen my brocker yet, can you tell me if i can use sierra chart with the brocker degiro or lynx brocker please?
I haven't seen them on the "Supported Data and Trading Services" page but I don't know if this list is exhaustive or not.

Thank you

The list in the "Supported Data and Trading Services" is exhaustive in terms of the providers we work with. But it is not a list of brokers, it is a list of services.

Therefore, you would need to check with Degiro and/or Lynx to see if they use any of the listed trading services (mainly CQG) from that list. If they do, then you can use Sierra Chart to trade through them. Otherwise, you would not be able to do so.

hello, I made my choice I want to go through the brocker amp.

On the other hand, there is something that is not clear to me about the costs, I want to use the version 11 of sierra chart( Service Package 11 - Advanced + Denali data feed )

Besides the brocker are there any other costs to add ? a feed for example ? is the denali feed sufficient? I want to trade the e-mini cme futures and maybe the mini dax future

Can i start trading with the sierra chart subscription and opening the amp account or do i have to do something else i saw you were talking about the cme and eurex fees, do i have to pay them? if so what is the amount?

sorry but I want to be sure I have understood and know the costs

thank you

There is the cost of the Sierra Chart package, and then there are the costs for the data feed. The data feed cost has two components. One of them is covered in the Package cost when you use Package 10, 11, or 12. The other is the actual exchange fee. So whatever exchanges you need the data for, you will need to pay those exchange fees. For more information, refer to the information here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Pricing

Therefore, if you are wanting to get your Real-Time data for the CME Group and EUREX from us, then you would need to have Package 10, 11, or 12 and then pay for the particular exchange fees. You will find the exchange pricing here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees)

You will first need to open your AMP trading account. They will set you up with CQG for your order routing. Once you have the CQG information, you will need to follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

You will then need to activate the particular package you want with Sierra Chart. If you are going to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed and need the Advanced Package, then you would select Package 11. Follow these instructions to add credit and select a package:
Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions

After that, you will setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed by following these instructions for the CME Group data:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

If you are also wanting data from the EUREX, then you would also go through these instructions:

thank you for these very clear explanations, i have one last question:

If a cqg feed is set up with the brocker amp, is it really needed to take the denali feed ?
Is it necessary to have these two feed at the same time ?

If I take sierra package 5 it will work with the cqg feed is that correct?

thank you

You can get the data from either CQG or from us. You do not need to get it from both. We certainly recommend using our data feed, as it has more historical data available and is a high quality data feed. But it is your choice.

If I take sierra package 5 it will work with the cqg feed is that correct?

That is correct.

ok thank you, indeed I will take the denali streams.

Last thing, I will stay in demo mode for several months, I don't necessarily need the real-time feed at first.
Is there a free deferred feed in package 5 that I could use during the demo ? I would take the denali streams when I switch to real in this case.

if i have to take the denali feed away for demo, should i also have to take the Exchange Data Feed ?

Thank you

We have delayed streaming data from the CME Group and EUREX at no extra cost, that will work perfectly for what you are wanting to do. Refer to the information here:

Hello, thank you for these elements, i have decided to subscribe to sierra chart, I have one last question.

Can I make a 3-month commitment (June, July, August) on pack 5 to benefit from the 10% discount and then in September commit to pack 11 with the denali flow over 6 months and benefit from the discount by 20% ?

thank you

Yes, you can do what you are suggesting.

Just so you are aware, you can also sign up for the 6 months now and if you want to change to Package 11 in 3 months, you can do so without any special charges or needing to add funds. We simply recalculate the new end date based on what you paid and what would be the cost of the new package.

But, however, you want to handle it is fine.

ok thank you , I will probably do it like this,it is easier.

So if I understand correctly, I could take advantage of the discount every 6 months by recommitting myself for 6 months, is it not possible to commit to a longer period?

Thank you
