Hi there, I do not appear to be be connected to a live data feed - and my charts are displaying 'delayed' data. I am using the CQG web API as the selected service - however an error message occurs on startup 'you have no exchanges enabled for the renewal on the Denali exchange Data Feed service'. I am a little confused - do I still required the Denail service? If I have the CQG web API service? If so what's the difference between the two? Please point me in the right direction so that I can get up and running again. Also a little unclear on what service fees I should be paying.

CQG is your Order Routing service. They take your orders and actually send them to the exchange to be processed. CQG also offers data, although there is a lack of historical data available.

Denali is one of the data feeds from Sierra Chart.

You were setup with the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but on May 1, 2021, your selected exchange for the Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew since you did not have enough funds in your account.

Therefore, if you want to continue with the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will need to ensure that you have enough funds, and you can then reactivate the same exchange as you had before by going to the Recurring Services page and scrolling to the bottom and selecting the button for Reactivate Exchange. You can access the Recurring Services page here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices

If you decide to go with the CQG data, then you will want to stop your Denali Exchange Data Feed. To do this, follow these instructions:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Canceling the Denali Exchange Data Feed
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
