You have the following exchange active: - CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts Therefore, you would only get Real-Time data for symbols that are traded on the CME exchange. Gold (GC) is traded on the COMEX exchange and Crude (CL) is traded on the NYMEX exchange. Therefore, you would need to change your exchange selection in order to get the real-time data for all of these items (ES, GC, and CL). If you are wanting Market Depth for all of them, then best option would be to activate the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts, as you would pay this for just the 3 exchanges, but then you get all 4. Just keep in mind that the exchanges do not give refunds, nor are the exchanges pro-rated. Therefore, you will not get your money back for any exchange that you no longer need, and whenever you activate an exchange, you will pay the full amount regardless of when you activated it within the month and you will only get the data through the remainder of the month, then you will have to pay again on the first of the next month. on 05/03 i was asked to renewed my data feed and choose the very first one and paid 32. so once again was to pay for all of them.

You can see all of your transactions in the Transaction Log and Payment Receipts section. You can access this by selecting the following link and then logging into the Sierra Chart website using the same Account Name and Password that you use to login to your Sierra Chart software: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog On that transaction log you will see that you activated the CME With Market Depth for Non-Professionals on 5/3/2021. It does not show the specific exchange, but you will see the price is $10.40, not the $31.25 for the Full CME Group. We can not say what has happened or why, but we can say that the information is consistent, so you are not being charged anything more than what we have recorded. ok so now i activated all of them and u said that the cost is 31.25 but it now says that my monthly cost is 41.6

You also need to deactivate the CME with Market Depth for Non-Professionals. You can do that on that same page.

Yes, it looks good. Now you will get charged the $31.25 for the exchange fee again on June 1, 2021.
