Good morning,
Ladies and Gentlemen.

I would like to thank you for the quality of the tools provided on the sierra-chart platform.

It's been more than 2 weeks that I'm using binance data on the perpetual contract: BTCUSDT_PERP_BINANCE.
and since this morning the platform does not load any more data whereas the contract is always in movement on binance.
While the contract : ETHUSDT_PERP_BINANCE is still working perfectly.

This contract is updating fine on our servers. And the historical data is available.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Go to the chart and right click somewhere on the chart and select Delete and Download Data.

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

I'm sorry, I've just redone the maniplulation and unfortunately I still get the same red error message "download failed". I've even tested on my friends' accounts and nothing works....
I also restarted the platform 3 times and reloaded the data as you advised, and still the same message.

Is your setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services?

If you try to open a new chart using File >> Find Symbol and selecting the Binance symbols and finding the symbol you want and then opening it by selecting it on the list and then selecting Open Intraday Chart does the chart open properly, or do you get the same message?

If you get the same message, then get us a copy of you your Message Log after you have done the above by following these instructions:
