Is your setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service set to SC Data - All Services? If you try to open a new chart using File >> Find Symbol and selecting the Binance symbols and finding the symbol you want and then opening it by selecting it on the list and then selecting Open Intraday Chart does the chart open properly, or do you get the same message?
