Hi,I have the following questions: 1. How do i activate my charting software? 2. What is the total cost for using your software? 3. The data fees is that debited to my infinity account? 4. I need to know If i will have access to TPO/Market profile to trade ES,YM,NQ,CL,GC, MARKET BREATH, NYSE TICK DATA, VIX 5. Can you remote connect and help me get my account activated so that i can use it on monday morning. Regards Allen |

1. Follow the instructions here: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions 2. We can not say, as there are too many variables. You will find the list of Packages and their pricing at this link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages If you are also wanting data from us, then refer to the information on the following page and note the links to other pages for the specific data feed you may need/want: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart 3. If you get your data from Infinity, then you would need to ask them about any fees they are charging. 4. In order to use the TPO/Market Profile, you will need the Advanced Package. Without data, that is Package 5. Given the symbols you list, if you want data from us, you would need both the Denali Exchange Data Feed (for CME Group symbols) and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the VIX. Again, start at the page we referenced in #2 and go from there. We do not know exactly what you are looking for in terms of Market Breadth, but take a look at the Statistics data that we have available here: Sierra Chart Market Statistics 5. We can help if you really need it, but you will need to start the process and go through what we have pointed you to, so you can understand what you are wanting.
