data not updating after downloading historical data

My charts seem to be frozen. I can delete and download historical data that is present, but the chart won't update tick by tick like normal. once I redownload the historical data, it is up to date, but will not update after.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
