Center Chart's Symbol in the Find Symbol window

Currently it behaves not this way.

For example the chart window is AUDUSD. I open Find Symdol window, find USDJPY, press Change Chart Symbol button and close the window. If I open Find Symdol window now, it won't be focused on USDJPY, I will have to scroll to find it again.

This thread is treated as an ugly girl at a dance. Complete ignoring for 2 weeks.

While this page Support and Contact - Support Options: Support Board - Online Support says the following:

The Support Board is for all questions about and suggestions for the software and supported services.

The Support Board provides reliable, efficient and organized communication between you and us. Sierra Chart Engineering continuously monitors the Support Board and it is given the highest priority.

Sierra Chart support will promptly and accurately respond to messages posted on the Support Board. You will also receive an e-mail notice when your message has been responded to.

Can anybody give me a reason why I'm experiencing such attitude from SC team?

There is no "Attitude" here. This post has been tagged as a "Feature Request". There is nothing more to say. We may, or may not, get to this any time soon. This is true for any and all requests we get. This is definitely considered a lower priority item for us, as we are spending our time on getting our new direct to CME order routing going, and creating the new windows among other items.

And, we have it stated in multiple places that we will not respond to feature requests and they will be marked as Customer Support, Programming Help, or Feature Request.

This post has been tagged as a "Feature Request".

I don't see any tags on my side. Maybe you should consider adding a tagging system like GitHub does, so they would become actually visible for the thread starter, instead of leaving him in complete void. How could I know what and how you did about my thread if I see absolutely no actions?

First, the "Feature Request" has not been changed to be viewable by anyone outside of Sierra Chart. So you just have to take our word for it that it is set.

This is not something that can be done "Really Fast". And we just have a lot of other things to take care of.

That is not what we stated. We have taken the request and will prioritize it with others. What we can tell you right now, is that it is not high enough priority for us to deal with it immediately.
