Sierra Chart support will promptly and accurately respond to messages posted on the Support Board.
There is no "Attitude" here.

Still, not a single word for half a month?

This post has been tagged as a "Feature Request".

I don't see any tags on my side. Maybe you should consider adding a tagging system like GitHub does, so they would become actually visible for the thread starter, instead of leaving him in complete void. How could I know what and how you did about my thread if I see absolutely no actions?

And, we have it stated in multiple places that we will not respond to feature requests and they will be marked as Customer Support, Programming Help, or Feature Request.
