Dear agents, i have an real account on tradovate with CQG i have in tradovate datafeeds CME / CBOT depth or market! is this needed for sierrachart accurate backtesting? cause i pay double and the idea is to skip one of the both? is that possible! i dont make entries in tradovate-plattform only here in SC can you look in to my account panel to see if all enough to must have? thank you guys for heling out. cheers

With the CQG data, you will only have access to a limited amount of historical data. So if you are wanting to backtest more than a month or so, you would really need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. That being said, you are setup properly to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, if you do not need the CQG data for any other purpose, then you should ask your broker to stop the CQG data. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

hello - thank you - okay, than i understand it right: 1. i dont need the extra datafeed from tradovate to have on sierrachart real fills? cause on tradovate i have the same exchnage access for CME and Cbot / 15$ per motnh. 2. CQG i have only for fills trough exchange. 3. and for real demo testing it is enough to have the denali and nothing else to have the most real result? thanks for answering.

Not sure what the question is here, but if you want to see the data on your Tradeovate software, then you would need to pay for that data from them. The Sierra Chart data only works with Sierra Chart. 2. CQG i have only for fills trough exchange. Correct, but keep in mind that to get the Real-Time data from the CME Group at the non-professional rate, you will need to connect to your trading account at least once a month.
