We did find 2 other accounts that share the same email address, but neither of those accounts are active, nor do they have any funds in them. Therefore, the account you used to login to this Support Board and post from is the only account you should continue to use moving forward.

If you want us to remove those other accounts, just let us know and we can take care of that for you.

Now, that being said, this account is not setup to get any data from us (Sierra Chart), nor do we see that you have ever been setup to get data from us in any of your accounts.

If you want to get the CME Group data from us, then follow these instructions:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

When you state that you want the VIX, we assume that you want the Index and not the Futures. In order to get the VIX Index, you would use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the CBOE Indices exchange. To do this, go through the Setup Instructions at the following link:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions

If you were looking for the VX futures, then that is through the CFE Futures exchange that is part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed as well. Therefore, you would go through the same instructions, but instead of activating the CBOE Indices exchange, you would activate the CFE Futures exchange.

Also note that there is no issues using both the Denali Exchange Data Feed and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed together with your trading service. For more information, refer to the following:

The Sierra Chart that you are using on this Support Board is a paid account and is fine.

If you want the volatility index the easiest thing to do is to use the new CBOE Futures data feed which includes the volatility index futures. You need to complete the agreements and activate the CFE exchange from here:
