Hello

I had problems with the CQG datafeed, and I was not happy with my previous Broker.

So I have quited both of them, and now I have an Account at 'AMP Futures'.

I have read your article regarding the Denali Datafeed:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc%2FSierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php
It sounds very good, stable and Save, so I would like to get that.

1st Question
Did I understand it correctly:
- The Denali Datafeed is providing the Data, not the Orderrouting?
- The Orderrouting is going via TT?

-> What is the Solution which is recommended by Sierrachart?
-> What exactly do I have to Order? Denali Datafeed and a separate Orderrouting from TT?

2nd Question:
At AMP I have now opened and funded the account.
Now, AMP is Asking me which Datafeed I need.

Can You please tell me what i have to select, for the Solution
from my 1st Question?
-> Please see the attached file with the possible selections..

Thanks very much !

Best regards
Roger

Question 1: Denali is the data feed. That is correct.

AMP does not support the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, therefore, you can not use Sierra Chart with TT for your order routing. Rather, if you are going to stay with AMP, you will use CQG for order routing.

If you want to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, then you will need to change brokers. Refer to the list of brokers in Step #2 here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions

Question 2: If you stay with AMP, then you will want to tell them that you need CQG for order routing, but not data. You are going to get the data from Sierra Chart from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

I am in a similar situation with my AMP account as I would like to have OCO orders held on the server side, but as I understand it CQG does not offer this service. So in order to get this service I would need to switch brokers to one from the list there and then sign up for Sierra Chart Order Routing, Sierra Chart Denali Data ($10), and a service package ($26) as well as the non-professional top of book CME exchange bundle fees ($3.25)? Is that Correct? So approximately $40 USD/month all in or is the service package covered through some of these brokers? I think AMP Futures covers service package 3 for Sierra Chart users when using the CQG order routing option.

Please confirm the above, so I can make some decisions if I want to stay with AMP or move over to another broker so that I can fully utilize all Sierra Chart services etc.

Thanks!!

They do but it does not work as expected and it is not something we support.

Yes this is correct for the time being until the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service with new direct CME routing is supported by AMP but we do not know when that would be.

Hello

I am struggling with connecting SierraChart with my Account.

The situation is as Follows:
I have an active Account at AMP
I have the Denali Datafeed
The Orderrouting is via CQG (At AMP i have selected the following option: ’Sierra Chart - Denali - CQG (No Data - Order Routing only’.)

That for, I have already signed all the agreements and i have Ordered at SC the Markets at CME which i want to work with.

But how can I Connect the to my Sierrachart Platform?
-> When I am goin to the 'Data/Trade Service Settings' do i have then to select the 'SC Futures Order Routung/Data' (because I am getting the Datafeed via Denali)?
Or do I have to select CQG (because the routing is via CQG)?

Please tell me how to connect that. Thanks very Much!
Best regards
Roger

You need to set your Service to CQG. Follow these Setup Instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Then follow these instructions to ensure that your system is still setup to get the Denali Data:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services

-----

We noticed that you do not have your Denali Agreements filled out properly. Please redo the agreements at the following link. You need to enter AMP or CQG for the FCM and put in your AMP Account Number.

Thanks very much! That was exactly what i have needed to know!

One last Question:
I have set the Service to CQG as you have explained to me above.
As I am a non-Professional, and to meet CME market data rules for non-professionals there is the following instruction:

Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

Is this relevant for me?
It describes to change the 'Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings' once a month to the 'Trading service' and after a while back to 'SC Data - All Services' to meet the CME rules for non-professionals.
Just to remind my setup: AMP Broker, Denali Datafeed, CQG Orderrouting and non-professional.

Thanks very much!
