Why is the Comex copper ticker symbol on Sierra Chart list CPEK21 instead of HGK21? This makes it difficult to find and confirm that I have the correct symbol that I want to use.

CPEK21 is a CQG symbol. You would need to ask them why they use such symbols rather than the actual exchange symbol.

When using a Service related to the Sierra Chart options (such as SC Data - All Services) then they are the correct symbols.

In other words, it's all about the trading service you are using.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

I'm sorry, I just don't understand. Originally, I thought I was using the Sierra Chart service but when we had to start paying directly to SC for using the software then I was under the impression that it was no longer offered. So, I switched to Dinali and since I made the switch, the SC software has been very slow. If I used the SC routing service would I still have to use Dinali? Is there a better choice than Dinali? When I disconnect the feed then everything runs fine.

Would you please tell me what I need to do in order to have the best setup. Would I need to switch from CQG to Sierra Chart?

No.

There is some performance issue you are having. Refer to:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.48 - Basic Steps to Resolve Performance Issue in Sierra Chart

If your trading account is with AMP you cannot use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service at this time. You would need to use a different broker. Or you can wait until we have our direct CME order routing out.
