Delayed data instead of live data

Hi, I activated today real time denali data feed, completed few times a setup instructions https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions, ​restarted SC of course, but still can see only delayed data.
Can you see some cause in my log?

I was connecting sierra to my founded IBKR account today according to your manual. But will check it twice tomorrow. Understand it is on CME side. Thanks!

Make sure that it actually makes the connection to IB. The status bar needs to be green.
