Another data costs question...It is confusing for everyone that is why there are so many queries in this area lately. Currently I am paid up for nearly a year under what was the advanced package 5 using your bar charts feed for trading the Hang Seng. What you need to do is change to Service Package 11. Pricing is here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Multiple Month Purchase Discount It is only a small amount more being you are paying 6+ months. To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. Thanks. I would like it confirmed that this will in no way interrupt my current HKFE data subscription, as this is my daily bread and butter. Under package 11, you are saying my total cost for both data feeds is $220.8 / 6 months? Under package 12, what does MBO really give you in terms of sierra charts functionality? Like do any of the volume studies take advantage of this - iceberg detection, liquidity tracking indicator? Or is this only going to apply to the heatmap and that is all? |
