Hi I purchased sirrea chart in october 2020. When I did there were limited systems on your platform. The system I purchased was system 5 and that included a years service as well as denali data feed. This system is meant to expire on 2021-12-05. My isssue is that now that you have updated your services to have these MBO's and new pricing plan, it is stating that I no longer have access to the denali data feed which I paid for in october. I only noticed recently as when I tried to load the DOM onto the chart, all I am getting is '1's rather than the real depth (shown in the attachment). I don't think it is fair that I should have to now pay again to use your updated service to get access to denali data feed. Mainly because the service I paid for expires in 2021 october and it is meant to include the denali data feed. You did not pay for a one year of the Denali Exchange Data Feed. What you did pay for was 1 year of Package 5. In fact, looking back through your transactions, you have never had the Denali Exchange Data Feed active for your account. Refer to the following for what Real-Time data is included with a Sierra Chart package: Real-Time Data Also be aware that if you are looking at CME Group or EUREX data, that you are getting that data from the Delayed Exchange Data Feed. Hi john, apologies sierra chart software and systems are still fairly foreign to me, so it's a bit confusing knowing what I have accesible. Why is it that my DOM is only showing 1's rather than real market depth. I've used chartbooks in the past that showed the time and sales and DOM. But for some reason on my footprint chart, I loaded the market depth historical graph study and all that are present are '1's. With the current package I have, I strictly only trade spot FX (CFD), so I would think that the real time data is available for DOM in my package. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-04-16 19:28:51

The CFD data from us does not include any market depth data. So if you have only been charting CFD symbols, then you should never have had any market depth. The Forex data we have does include the market depth. Which is why you have us curious as to what the symbol is for the image you provided. The symbol on the screen is GBPUSD, data from FXCM. And it does this for all my Forex symbols. |

That is a cash Forex symbol, and has no market depth data. , all I am getting is '1's rather than the real depth (shown in the attachment). This absolutely is true and is nothing new.Your support request is not making any sense at all. Forex symbols do not have market depth usually and certainly not from FXCM.
