WH selfinvest CQG + SC cant load mhistorical data but see orderbook.

Good Day, i can see at the right side working orders and would be able to make an execution but cant load historical data. I called my broker and they told me to contact you. I uploaded my message log = send for analysis. Kind regards |

You are not getting any historical data because CQG is not providing it. The solution is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Good Day, refering to your first answer i cant follow. I with the broker WH Selfinvest and they provided me CQG log-in credentials. Im used to Sierra Chart and now when trying to apply for 10$ CME Data with marketdeph it wants to to purchase Package 10 SC + Denali. If i would purchase Package 10 i would need to put my Feed to SC Data and cant trade Live. I want to do live-Trading. When i Purchase Package 10 + 10$ CME marketdepht Feed and select CQG / give in my provided CQG login credentials would i have historical Denali feed and could make an execution via CQG? Kind Regards |

This is not correct. The Denali Exchange Data Feed can be used with any trading service. The Sierra Chart software is setup to be able to receive the data from either the trading service or from us. Therefore, if you follow through the instructions for setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed, which does NOT require that you change your Service setting, you will be getting the data from us and you will be able to place your trades with CQG. It is important that you go through ALL of the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, as it ensures that you will have everything set correctly. It is not enough to just change your package. Im with WH Selfinvest on the formula t doesnt show WH selfinvest. Theres a lot written and a bit consuing. What do i need to do? Please tell me the section what would be relevant to continue trading. My english isnt the best. |

You originally stated that you are setup with CQG through WH Self-Invest. We see that your service is currently set to CQG, so you are properly setup with your trading service and your broker. There is nothing else you need to do with respect to those settings. If you want the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then go through the Setup Instructions at this link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Just follow the instructions above, step-by-step and you will be fine.
