Hello, I am absolutely new to this platform, I came here after attending a trading course from G7FX.
I am trying to get the real time data feeds, I purchased the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but when I came to the activation section, it was written to activate it only if I had a funded future trading account, which I do not have.
I tried to read all the documentation on the site but I am still completely lost, do I must need to create an account with a broker and fund it to use Sierra? I honestly would like to use it just to do my analysis, so I don't really need a funded account.
So how could I get the real time data feed for example for E-Mini S&P 500 CME, or crude Future?
Sorry to bother you with this, I really read all the documentation but I am still a little lost.
In my platfrom, I receive the delayed feed.
Thank you in advance for your support! Looking forward to use properly this amazing platform!

You really should just stay with the delayed data. Otherwise you are going to pay a lot, for real-time data without a funded trading account. About 180USD additional per month based upon your symbol requirements.

Just use the Delayed Exchange Data Feed:
Delayed Exchange Data Feed

At least for now.

And then we can change your Service Package back to the standard package without the Denali data feed for you.

Hi,

I'm in the exactly same scenario. Came here because of G7FX and I was using Numbers Bars and TPOs. Then by a mistake a opted (unsuccessfully) to the CME exchange and since then I can't use the Numbers bars and TPOs.

Can I still use them on the delayed data and how to revert back to that?

Thanks for the help!

Regarding the TPO, I think you simply have to select the Advanced Package, with the standard TPO studies aren't included...
Regarding futures data I'm still lost, for example forex data comes okay, but I am not sure if the same concepts and tools from the course applies to them

Thanks man, going back to Advanced Package solved my problem!

I was reading a lot about the real time data and looks like you can't go without a funded account. That's a big NO for me.

I was reading a lot about the real time data and looks like you can't go without a funded account.

That is a requirement of the CME Group for their non-professional exchanges. Refer to the following:
