Thank you.

I topped up $60 and $12 has been taken straight away. What was the money taken for?

And just to make sure, I have paid recently $36 for Sierra Advanced and my subscription expiry probably on the 5th of May. If I switch to Denali will I be charged $46 straight away or just the $12 difference?

Please advice.

The $12.00 was taken according to the following:
Services Balance adjustment to set Additional Systems to the '1 Additional System' option with the End Date of 2021-05-14.

You have an option set to add 1 additional computer system to your account. This would allow you to have Sierra Chart running on 4 total computers at the same time.

If you do not need this, then let us know and we can turn this off for you and we will refund the $12.00.

When you changed to package 11 your End Date shifted in based on the price difference. We do not charge you the difference in price when you change packages, we just adjust the time left.

Now you are set to activate the exchanges that you want. Go to the following page and select the Activate button for the particular exchanges that you want. Since you just want COMEX, you would probably select one of the following:
- If you want Market Depth: COMEX with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts ($10.40)
- If you do NOT want Market Depth: COMEX non-professional top-of-book ($1.25)

Could you please take me off from the additional option to use Sierra on 4 different PC`s and return the $12.

The additional system has been turned off and the refund of $12.00 has been put into your Services Balance.

I tried to connect Denali for Comex but it says that I need to have a funded trading account link to Sierra. I have an AMP/CQG funded account. Will that be good enough to connect to real data, Denali?

Yes, the CQG account will work fine. Go ahead and activate the exchange. You are all set.

As new month has started I am not sure if I still receiving real data from Denali from Comex. How can I make sure I am still receiving it?

You are still set to get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the COMEX exchange with Market Depth.

You can always view your account status on your Account Control Panel on the Sierra Chart website. The easiest way to access the control panel is to select Help >> Account Control Panel from within your Sierra Chart software. This will open a browser to the Account Control Panel page and automatically log you in using the same Account name that you used to login to your Sierra Chart software.

Hello Andy,

Are you reffering to Rithmic? I am interested in CME and Comex to connect Rithimc data. Is it possible with SC? I can connect to Rithmic with my AMP Futures broker as they offer Rithmic. But what I am not sure about is if I need to have Rithimc through them or SC? Please advice.

Rithmic at this time is not supported by Sierra Chart. It is planned to be later but not right now.

Numbers Bars is supported with this data feed but not market depth data at this time.
