The $12.00 was taken according to the following: Services Balance adjustment to set Additional Systems to the '1 Additional System' option with the End Date of 2021-05-14. You have an option set to add 1 additional computer system to your account. This would allow you to have Sierra Chart running on 4 total computers at the same time. If you do not need this, then let us know and we can turn this off for you and we will refund the $12.00. ----------------- When you changed to package 11 your End Date shifted in based on the price difference. We do not charge you the difference in price when you change packages, we just adjust the time left. ------------------ Now you are set to activate the exchanges that you want. Go to the following page and select the Activate button for the particular exchanges that you want.
