Hello,

Looking to change to your Sierra Chart Futures Order Routing Service With Data, currently I trade with Stage 5 may switch to EdgeClear. After reading Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service: Introduction and looking at the Service Packages it seems that Service Pkg 11 would be what I need at a price of $36.80 mo (is this correct?), while reading the link above I saw it mentioned that the data feed pricing is $20 mo., is the $20 in addition to the $36.80 or part of the $36.80?

Also the $0.10 per contract fee is that per side or round trip at $0.20 per round trip?

thanks, bob

You will definitely need either Package 10, Package 11, or Package 12, as these include the Denali Data Feed Fee. You will need to determine which one of these 3 you need based on your charting needs. Refer to the descriptions for these here:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages

I saw it mentioned that the data feed pricing is $20 mo., is the $20 in addition to the $36.80 or part of the $36.80?

That would be old information. It is no longer a $20 fee per month. Rather, the fee is part of the Package price and amounts to $10 of the total monthly package price, but then is further reduced when you purchase multiple months up front.

Another way to think of this is that it is part of the $36.80.

Also the $0.10 per contract fee is that per side or round trip at $0.20 per round trip?

It's per side.

This is old information and we have now updated the documentation:
I saw it mentioned that the data feed pricing is $20 mo.

Hi.
I am non pro. Currently have CQG data feed, I want to change it to denali (from may) but I paid for 6 months package 5.
How can I change it to higher package and just pay for these 6 months (with a discount) for software and data feed.
How can I get a free demo (with non delayed quotes) of EUREX for next months?

Thx for the answer
Andy

You can change your package selection at any time. When you do so, the number of days available adjusts based on the amount of time you have left and the relative difference in the package pricing. So you do not incur any costs to make the change. You would want to change to the package that has the same number of months of time, so if you are currently on package 5 for 6 months, then you would change to Package 11 for 6 months.

EUREX does not have a demo/trial offer. You would have to pay for the data feed up front. Keep in mind that the exchange fees are on a calendar month basis and you will pay the full amount when you activate the feed for the remaining number of days in the month. So if you activated it today (April 29, 2021), you would be paying the full amount just for 2 days and then have to pay the full amount again on May 1, 2021.

In order to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for EUREX data, follow these instructions:

You would need to look through the appropriate pages for the information you are looking for.

For information on the Sierra Chart Package pricing, refer to the following:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing

For information on the Denali Exchange Data Feed pricing, refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

And for information on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data feed, refer to the following:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

Each of the above pages has pricing information related to the specific topic. You would then just add up the total from each item you would be using to get the full pricing.

I'd like to start this on May 1, can you handle this on my account for me?

The Denali Exchange Data Feed is now included with Sierra Chart service packages 10, 11, 12 and is 10 USD per month additional before discount. Or only 8 USD additional when you pay for multiple months.

When using this data feed, you should look at what particular symbols you require market depth data for. If you only require market depth data for the stock indexes like ES and NQ, and the micro versions, then you will want to use this exchange fee:
CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts 10.40 USD / month

And then if you require top of book data for all the other exchanges, activate this exchange fee:
Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts 3.25 USD / month

So these can be activated together. There is no conflict. This is lower cost, than activating the entire CME Group with market depth for ~30 USD per month.

They can be activated together. That is not a problem.

Just follow through the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

It gives you the Step-by-Step instructions to get setup. Just follow through each section all the way through and you will be fine.

Hi, I need clarification on something. I am signed up for Package 11, it says "Advanced + Denali Data Feed (Monthly) $46/Month. I already paid $10.40 for Denali Exchange Data Feed and Exchanges. I just want realtime CME futures data to trade ES. Am I double paying for Denali Data? Is "Denali Data Feed" the same thing as "Denali Exchange Data Feed"?

They are related, but they are not the same thing. The extra cost of Package 11 is our fee for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, covering our development and continued costs for offering the data. The $10.40 exchange fee goes purely to the exchange themselves, that is what they charge for that data.

So you are not paying twice.

Hi - I have package 11 for $46/month. I have CME for order routing only, but it seems I am paying for CME data in addition to paying for the Denali data feed, for a total of $78/month. Is this correct? I don't need two data feeds. Or am I misunderstanding this? It seems excessive to pay CME $32/month just for order routing services.

In your case you are paying for the Full CME Group with market depth data and that is approximately 32 USD per month. If that is what you need, that is the cost.

So the total cost of 78/month is correct in your case.

If you do not require market depth data for the entire CME Group, you can reduce your exchange fees.

So, in summary, the Denali data feed gives me 100 bid/ask levels on the DOM, and the CME data gives me market depth historical data? I understood that the Denali feed gave me market depth data also, or is that not correct?

Thanks for clearing this up.

The Denali data feed, provides all of the market data. The exchange fee is like a licensing fee to the exchange for real-time data.

And the exchange charges more for when you want market depth data.

Your total fees to Sierra Chart would be the following:
- Package 11 at per month: 46.00 USD per month
- Full CME Group with Market Depth: 31.25 USD per month

Total: 77.25 USD per month

Note that the payment for the Service Package and the Exchange Fees are not at the same time.

Also, you can reduce the cost of the Service Package by paying for 3 or 6 months up-front.

Yes.

It can reduced to 3.25 USD if you do not need the level 2 data at all. If you just need Level 2 data from one of the CME Group exchanges, then that would be the 10.40 USD.
