AMP & CQG confusion

I'm confused about with all the change.
1. AMP charged me for Sierra March Usage but your email seems to imply there weren't suppose to do that.
2. I'm getting CQG data and AMP is taking payment out of my account also. What do I do about CQG paymeny?
3. I believe I have a Credit Card on File, are you going to charge me automatically or do I need to start and which plan do I select?

Sorry, but there have been many traders I know slightly confused

Clarity would be appreciated.

I spoke with AMP about a similar issue.

It turned out that they were billing me on Feb 1st for the month of January.
This is to say, I was not being charged twice -- I was just being charged late.

1. It was appropriate for AMP to charge you for March. You should have received a bill from them for your Sierra Chart usage for March. In doing so, your current Usage Time End Date is now April 10, 2021.

2. We do not see that you are using the Sierra Chart data, therefore you assume that you are using the CQG data. As such, you would need to continue to pay for the CQG data through AMP.

If you decide to use the Sierra Chart data instead, then you would need to let AMP know that you do not want the CQG data and that they should not bill you for it.

3. When you make a payment to us, it is a one-time payment and we (Sierra Chart) does not store your credit card information, although Stripe or PayPal might when you make the payment, it would depend on the particular payment processor you used to add funds.

But, the payments are not automated. You will have to add funds to your account to allow it to automatically renew. You will receive emails letting you know when you need to add funds to your account.

We are working on automated billed to your credit card. We are in a test mode with it right now and so it should be available soon.
