Problem with centering Chart DOM

I just switched to using the DOM on the chart and ran into a big issue, especially when trading a fast market like the NQ.

The center DOM does not work, when the NQ moves quickly the prices scroll off the DOM. When using the DOM in a separate window the center DOM buttom would bring the current price to the center. This does not work when the DOM is in the chart.

Also when the dom is separate I could use the mouse wheel to scroll up and down the DOM, this also does not work.

This really is bad when you have live orders and can't scroll to get them back on the screen.

I hope there is a solution because I like having the dom on the chart.

In general, it is best to use the Automatic scaling. It sounds like you are not doing this, since you state that the prices scroll off the DOM. Refer to the following for how to adjust the Scale settings:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Opening the Scale Settings Window for the Main Price Graph

If you want to have the Chart DOM keep the price centered at all times, then refer to the following:
The Chart DOM Scale: Auto Centering Price Scale on Chart DOM

There are also many other scale options that might be what you are looking for. Review the rest of the pages in the links above to see if you can find exactly what you are looking for if one of the above is not it.

I just set the chart dom to autoscale but need to wait till the market opens to test it.

I also wanted to know if I could use the scroll wheel on the mouse to center the Dom on the chart. I am able to do this if the DOM is a separate window. This is very useful when the market is moving fast.

Please let me know how I can set the scroll wheel on the mouse to do this on the chart DOM.

Thank you,
DAvid

Refer to the following for what settings are available for the Scroll Wheel:
General Settings Window: Scroll Wheel Setting (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Scroll)

I am having a scroll wheel issue in the DOM.

I can re-center the DOM with a keyboard hotkey.

I have enabled the scroll, and I am on manual.

I don't use autoscale because I experience errant limit orders on DOM.

Thank you for your help

The wheel scroll is not working although I have it set to the wheel scroll.
I am not sure why it stopped working

So when you use the scroll wheel the chart is not moving? Or when the chart moves, the Price Ladder is not adjusting?

If the chart is not moving, then you need to change the Scroll Wheel settings as defined here:
General Settings Window: Scroll Wheel Setting (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Scroll)

User error. I had Interactive Scale Locked and when switched to Interactive Move the scroll wheel started working.
