New Account getting Service Connection Error, Sim

I just opened my account and when I try to connect I get a Service connection Error. I try to change the service settings, but that didn't work as well. Not sure how can I revert the service settings back to what it was.

As the message states, either you CQG Username or Password are incorrect. You would need to check with your broker to make sure you have the correct Username or to change your password.

I don't have a broker yet. I am trying to connect to the Sim account. SC says I will be able to access it for 15 days. I opened my account today.

You just need to use the Delayed Exchange Data Feed:
