You need to first follow the CQG set up instructions here: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions And we strongly recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed for data and not CQG. In this case have your broker cancel any CQG market data you have. Is it possible to get real time data into SC while I use my active ThinkorSwim account to place trades?

Regarding: "Is it possible to get real time data into SC while I use my active ThinkorSwim account to place trades?", yes but your Data usage would be Professional (explained below), so the exchange fees are much higher. Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees) At this time we don't have a technical means to verify a Futures Trading Account at TD Ameritrade (TOS), this means that although a client with a Futures Trading Account at TDA should be satisfying the CME Requirement of having a Futures Trading Account [in order to get the discounted Non-Professional Exchange Fees], we are not able to facilitate this process. Again, its because we don't have a technical means of verifying the Futures Trading Account at TDA, that we can't enable discounted Non-Professional Exchange Fees for those users.
