Can't trade my AMP account through SC Trading Window.

For days I have been waiting for a SC reply to my Support Board request for help getting my ability to trade through AMP working ??

Still getting messages about TT issues. SIM works. Although there is often many seconds delay.

I would like to subscribe to equities real time data that works with my Denali data.

I am forced to use my IB account to trade.

If you are getting messages related to TT, then that tells us that you have not gone through the setup to change your Sierra Chart to CQG. If you still want to do this, then here are the instructions:

If, instead, you want to connect to IB, then here are the Setup Instructions to do so:

In order to get U.S. Equities data, you need the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. This is separate from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the general information (including Setup Instructions) on this page:

When I first signed up for SC I got CQG. I quickly found CQG was limited so I moved to Denali for its considerable improved capabilities.

So why would I want to go back to CQG ?? AMP assures me that order placement issues are not AMPs

Unfortunately, AMP is no longer supporting the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. That is why AMP has now changed your account back to using CQG for order routing with them. Therefore, you would need to change your Sierra Chart setup to connect to CQG.

If you want to continue to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing service, then you would need to change your broker. You will find a partial list of brokers that support the service at Step #2 in the Setup Instructions here:

If you are staying with AMP, then you will need to make the change to your setup to CQG. Again, here are the instructions to do so:
