Hello- i did as you suggested:

Set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to SC Data-All Services.

however, i have no "service to SC data all services" none of the areas in my "data/trade service setting Window is clickable. i cannot edit..

Help!

You have us confused. We looked to see if there was another ticket that you opened, but we do not see one recently, and certainly nothing about changing your Service Settings.

You are not setup to receive any data through us (Sierra Chart), therefore were you setup to receive data from your Trading Service? Were you using CQG for trading?

If you are using CQG, then is there any reason you do not want to stay connected to CQG at all times?

i am sorry. this is a mess. So i had the free version with AMP , pkg 3, which gave me Sierra charts for free. I had to fund my account a few days agao so when i filled out the usual AMP form as an existing client to activate my account again, the package 3 free was no longer available. So my choice was to accept the package 3 with you and just pay you directly which i did this morning. And since then, i no longer have data. I chatted with AMP, and they said its something SC has to help me with? Make sense?

Ok. Then the first thing you need to do is to follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account with AMP:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

After you have completed the above, if you have any existing Chartbooks, then open them and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will update the symbols to CQG terminology.

That should be all you need to do, as it would appear that you were setup to receive your data from CQG previously.

Hi, wish it were that simple. I updated Sierra. I have the CQG user and pass from 4 years ago. I went to Global, Data/Trade Service, and i cannot click on the service box. i cant click on anything in that window... Thank you. Hopefully this can get resolved soon :)

I appreciate the links and your help, but nothing seems to work.. i tried the first link in this new support message, global, tool settings and i cant even get that to open.. Is there anyway we can screen share so that i can get this fixed? I need to get back up and running :(
