You have us confused. We looked to see if there was another ticket that you opened, but we do not see one recently, and certainly nothing about changing your Service Settings.

You are not setup to receive any data through us (Sierra Chart), therefore were you setup to receive data from your Trading Service? Were you using CQG for trading?

If you are using CQG, then is there any reason you do not want to stay connected to CQG at all times?
