Good morning, I am getting in touch with you because I am currently a Sierra Chart user with AMP pack 3. I have received your news and I wish to ask you the following questions:

1. When using pack 10 (with Denali Data feed included), are the orders executed on the server side?

2. Can I use pack 10 on 2 different computers? for example, Sierra Chart Pack 10 + CME data (3.25 $), what would be the rate for this configuration on 2 different computers?

3. Finally, could you use 2 different broker accounts on the two computers simultaneously or would you have to make any additional subscription?

Thanks a lot.
I await your answers to clarify the situation.
All the best.

1. There is no change to how orders are held with any package. This is dependent on the Trading Service that is being used. We see you are using CQG, so refer to the information here:
CQG Trading Platform Service: What is Included

2. Yes, you can use Package 10 on two different computers. If you are using them at the same time, then you would need to pay for an additional Exchange Fee. So it would cost you an additional $3.25 per month. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously

3. You can use the two installations with two different brokers for no additional fees, other than what is called for in terms of data in #2 above.

Thank you very much John, it has become very clear to me now, regarding the first question, I would like the orders to be executed on the server side (I have reviewed the information you send me and now I know that with CQG it is not possible, and I would like to know if with Denali Data Feed + Exchange CME I could have this service?
Do I have to hire an additional service to be able to have the execution of orders on the server side? Thanks a lot.

If you want to have Server Side bracket orders then we would recommend looking for a different broker that supports the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. Refer to the information here:
Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service

And note a partial list of brokers that support this in Step #2 of the Setup Instructions on that page.
