Downloading and installing new Software version

I use the "Level 3" charts and until the last version 2207 I had no issues at all. But when I download the new version, I disable the firewall and when I log in, the Level 3 charts do not fire up automatically.

Please help to correct this and then advice the downloading of new version.

I have tried it several times but unable to get it to fire up the charts automatically.

From what you are stating, it sounds like you had a set of Chartbooks that were set to automatically load when you open Sierra Chart. This list of Chartbooks is found in the Global Settings >> General Settings window in the section for File to Open on Startup.

Make sure your Chartbooks are still listed in there and that the Checkbox for Enabled is checked. Refer to the information here:
General Settings Window: Select Files to Open On Startup (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Startup)

All this I am already aware of and it is all "enabled".

Version 2207 has no problem. everything runs fine with this version. But every new and recent version has a problem.

Please resolve the problem on your side and then post the new versions.

The one thing we have seen happen with an upgrade is that the Chartbook opens, but the windows are Hidden. If you go to the CW pulldown, you can select the windows from there, which makes them available.

But, we have not found a particular cause for this or specific versions from/to which it occurs.
