I use the "Level 3" charts and until the last version 2207 I had no issues at all. But when I download the new version, I disable the firewall and when I log in, the Level 3 charts do not fire up automatically. Please help to correct this and then advice the downloading of new version. I have tried it several times but unable to get it to fire up the charts automatically. |
