Hello dear Sierra Chart team Short question, can you please tell me what exactly I have to do? I don't act live. I only need the data for automatic backtesting in Sierra chart. (For example Spreadsheet System for Trading) Do I have to pay more as a "not proffessional Users Without a Supported Trading Account"? Or do you always need a trading account with a broker to do backtesting? Could I cancel my broker account with the broker AMP? Could I transfer the money to you directly from my AMP account? I need the following things: I don't need a live trading account (but I would like to do automatic backtesting in the demo) I need delayed data (15 minutes delayed) & historical data from futures CL, GC, ES, LE, RUT. I need delayed data (15 minutes delayed) & historical data from futures (EUREX exchange) DAX, SMI, EuroStoxx50 I need delayed data (15 minutes delayed) & historical data on stocks from Switzerland, Germany & USA I think I have this package right now: 11-Advanced + Denali Data Feed-46 USD / Month Many thanks for your help :-) Best wishes

I need delayed data (15 minutes delayed) & historical data from futures (EUREX exchange) DAX, SMI, EuroStoxx50 I need delayed data (15 minutes delayed) & historical data on stocks from Switzerland, Germany & USA CME Futures - Streaming Delayed Data is available with any package and is 10 minutes and 10 seconds delayed EUREX Futures - Streaming Delayed Data is available with any package and is 15 minutes delayed. Refer to the following information: Delayed Exchange Data Feed Stocks - Only Delayed data that updates at most every 20 minutes and is 10-15 minutes behind the market. Refer to the following information: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service --------------- If you can work with the above, then you do not need to pay for any real-time data. In which case, you can cancel the Denali Exchange Data Feed by following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php#CancellingTheDenaliExchangeDataFeed_Package10_11_12 Note that you will continue to get Real-Time data from the CME Group through the remainder of this month and then you will get the delayed data starting on April 1, 2021. Hi John Thanks a lot for your quick answer. Can you please tell me if I need a broker for backtesting? Or can I backtest this without a broker account? I only ask because I read this on your homepage, see the following link. Or does it not concern me? Is Historical and Real-time Futures Data Included?: CME Exchange Fees for Professionals and Users Without a Supported Trading Account Otherwise I would like to cancel my account with AMP. As we stated above, if you are fine with the delayed data that we pointed out, then you do not need a brokerage account. You only need that account to either A) Make live trades and/or B) to qualify for the lower priced Non-Professional CME Group Real-Time data. Again, if you do not need the Real-Time data, and if you are not going to be making trades, then you do not need the brokerage account. You can just use Sierra Chart by itself with the delayed data as we have specified it. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

You just need Service Package 5. That will give you access to the delayed streaming data and the historical stock data. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
