Unable to open 3 sub-instances through Transact/Infinity today

1. I have simulated live and live real-time data through Transact/Infinity but cannot get the multiple instances that I have been using to open. I have entered the email address requested on Main instance, while the sub-instance is grayed out and will not open. What happened from yesterday to today?

2. Also, I have read that billing through Transact/Infinity will be discontinued(?) sometime March/April. If true, I will need to enroll in a package that allows for:

a. 3 sub-instances plus the Main chart trading with the DOM, and third-party purchased indicators from Microquant/Basecamptrading.com

b. two sessions open ie, a Live Simulated and Live real-time futures program on two computers

c. futures datafeeds for ES-GC-6E-CL-ZB.

d. If there is a bonus datafeed for stocks/options, I would consider that too.

Btw, if your Sales department needs to contact me, please do so from a US number or by email. An international number masquerading as a Sierrachart representative attempted to contact me and my phone service rejects international calls. I don't know if this was spam, but was treated as such.

The first thing we need for you to do is to log into this Support Board with the account that you use with your Sierra Chart. The account that you have posted from is an expired account. The best way to do this is to select Help >> Support Board from within the Sierra Chart software.

Then please post again in this thread letting us know that this is done. This is necessary so we can see the account that you are currently using, which you will continue to use, and we can then direct you properly.
