The first thing we need for you to do is to log into this Support Board with the account that you use with your Sierra Chart. The account that you have posted from is an expired account. The best way to do this is to select Help >> Support Board from within the Sierra Chart software.

Then please post again in this thread letting us know that this is done. This is necessary so we can see the account that you are currently using, which you will continue to use, and we can then direct you properly.
