Hello! I have connected a debt provider to Sierra Chart that uses the Rhitmic data feed. However, the display from the DOM keeps jumping around. Sometimes, however, prices are displayed scattered everywhere. I use sc version: 2234 64-bit (36335M) thanks for your help. sincerley, rené Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-03-03 21:35:43

For now we recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed for data when using Rithmic: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php Rithmic is working on new integration to Sierra Chart which will be much improved than what exists now. Try reconnecting to the data feed and see if that solves the issue: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/FileMenu.html#ProcedureToReconnect Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
