Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

You need to restart Sierra Chart. And on the login window enable Force Login.

The problem is Sierra Chart received an incorrect Server address when you started Sierra Chart. We know why this happened and we will resolve that later today.
