Translation to current service not working

Hi
- Following the recent TT problems , I have just switched to CQG.
- I have set my CQG password, signed end user agreement.
- am trying to follow instructions to Translate Symbols to current Service, but get a 2 messages

- first says "Symbol is unknown. Click symbol for more information. Realtime data for instrument F.US.MGC (corresponding to ID=3) are not allowed.

- second says "Download failed. Error downloading historic intraday data for F.US.MGCJ21. End of Day data is not allowed for given data type. Result=103, NumQuotes=0"

Please advise what needs to be done to allow receive symbol information.

There are two items going on. The first relates to the fact that your Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew on March 1, 2021. You are now setup to pay for your data feed through AMP, so you will need to have them activate the data feed and exchanges for you.

If your intention is to use CQG data, then just be aware that there is a limitation on the amount of historical data you can receive with CQG. And make sure that you are setup to receive CQG data.

Which is related to the second issue, you are not properly setup to receive CQG data (if that is your intention). Refer to the information at the following link:

We definitively do not recommend you use CQG data. You are already activated for and paying for the Denali Exchange Data Feed and just the exchange needs to be activated.

We will activate the exchange for you. You have sufficient credit on your account for that now. Tell us what symbols you want real-time data for, and whether you require market depth data and we will activate the necessary exchange for you.

Once again we do not recommend you use CQG data, so disregard the prior post regarding this.
