Hi - Following the recent TT problems , I have just switched to CQG. - I have set my CQG password, signed end user agreement. - am trying to follow instructions to Translate Symbols to current Service, but get a 2 messages - first says "Symbol is unknown. Click symbol for more information. Realtime data for instrument F.US.MGC (corresponding to ID=3) are not allowed. - second says "Download failed. Error downloading historic intraday data for F.US.MGCJ21. End of Day data is not allowed for given data type. Result=103, NumQuotes=0" Please advise what needs to be done to allow receive symbol information. thanks |
