There are two items going on. The first relates to the fact that your Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew on March 1, 2021. You are now setup to pay for your data feed through AMP, so you will need to have them activate the data feed and exchanges for you.

If your intention is to use CQG data, then just be aware that there is a limitation on the amount of historical data you can receive with CQG. And make sure that you are setup to receive CQG data.

Which is related to the second issue, you are not properly setup to receive CQG data (if that is your intention). Refer to the information at the following link:
