When I open up my chartbooks for: s&p, crude oil and Gold. The Deltas and footprints for the day all show 0. They start to work when they're opened but I cant see the delta for the overnight session. Is this a problem with the data providers or a problem with the Sierra platform and do you know how I can fix it?

Your Denali Exchange Data Feed is expired. You need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the proper data when using CQG. We need to move you to package 11 which includes the Denali Exchange Data Feed . We will do that now.

And then you need to add credit to your account:

And then pay for the exchange fee that you need:

I'm currently dong a challenge for a prop firm who say that they cover the data fees. They do this through the cqg account that they provided to me. The website is https://www.speeduptrader.com/. Can I just stay on package 5 and pay for the data in my own time as I am only using live data for this prop firm challenge and don't want to pay for the denali yet.

You can do what you are suggesting. Just leave your account as it is right now, without any exchanges activated, and you will be able to get the data from CQG.

Hello, I have the same problem as this user. I'm on package 5 and my footprints don't work when my computer is off.
Are you sure that by upgrading to Package 11 the problem will be solved?

In addition, package 11 costs 10 dollars more, I pay CQG 24 dollars for the CME and CBOT. Why do I have to pay more to get the same thing I had before?

The issue is related to the historical CQG data. The only solution is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed instead. To do this, follow the instructions at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

Once you have this setup, then you could stop the CQG data, therefore you would only be paying for data to Sierra Chart.

Read this section here, in the version notes for 2351 and you will see that your cost will go down:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2351

In particular if you use the Teton order routing service.

Also, we will be increasing the cost of using CQG, to package 10 minimum, in one or two months.

I'm ok with that, but I don't think the CQG feeds are the cause of what's happening to me... CQG delivers the feeds but the history is missing when I turn off sierra charts (see screenshot attached screen). I just want to make sure it's not a setting problem on Sierra charts.
Can you assure me that by going through your feeds, the problem will stop?
