Hello, I have the same problem as this user. I'm on package 5 and my footprints don't work when my computer is off. Are you sure that by upgrading to Package 11 the problem will be solved? In addition, package 11 costs 10 dollars more, I pay CQG 24 dollars for the CME and CBOT. Why do I have to pay more to get the same thing I had before?
