Live Denali is Delayed???

Whats up,

why is my live Data now Delayed? I have not changed anything from last week on. I just bought Denali and CME Data Feeds. After the weekend my data feed is delayed but it won't show that it is?

right side is rhythmic data feed. My self is connected to All Services.
And why is my Denali feed only active for another 16 Days when i have just payed for it Last friday? Somethings really wrong guys

Can someone explain this to me? I activate cme and denali on the last day of the month and then i will end by 18th of the next month(denali) and the cme will need a renewal the next monday?

The Denali Exchange Data Feed in your case is provided with package 11 and this package of yours ends on 2021-03-17. Unlike in the past, it is not associated with a calendar month. Just make sure you have sufficient credit on your account when it renews:

You only have the Nymex exchange active at this time but it is a nonprofessional exchange.

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:
